Bon Accord Craiglash Enduro 21st April 2024

Updated results for Craiglash Enduro 21st April

  results2024\Final Class Results - Rd 3 Craiglash.pdf

Another tough and excellent enduro from the Bon Accord Club. Ross Fisher and his team put together a great day out in the woods for 96 riders.

The journey was well worth it with the usual big climbs, rocks and a tight but flowing special test. A proper enduro and a good one to finish.

Starting dryish it then drizzled for the whole day making the course slippy and muddy as the day went on. The big bog and hill climb was cut.

With lots of marshalls on the course to help out the event kept going with a bit of heaving .

Thanks to Bon Accord for the effort and putting on another great event.

Andrew Bisset took the win by only 10 secs over 5 tests from Sam Boyd who continues to push hard. Ricky Mair continues to impress with 3rd.

Derek Little took the over 40 win ahead of Gavin Johnston with Lee Philip in 3rd.

Duncan Norrie on a classic Honda CR250 (narrow power band and stiff suspension)  took the Clubman class with an impressive ride after a 5 year layoff.

Felix Beavitt continues to improve after moving up a class and took 2nd ahead of Charles Millburn

Robbie Allan continues to enjoy himself in the over 50 class with a win ahead of experienced riders Neil Dawson and Andrew Flockhart.

Robert  Grahan lead the Clubman B class home with a fine ride to lead  Matthew Scott by only 1 second after 3 tests. Nat Leadbitter came in 3rd

John Telfer took the Sportsman win . With John Weir 2nd and Donald Mackenzie in 3rd

The Over 50 Vets is always competitive with John Hume coming in 1st ahead of Alan Strachan and Marco Martinelli who all remained  clean on time.

The next Enduro will be SBEC at Fala Hill on 1st June with a H&H on the 2nd . Another great weekend of sport.
