National Development Manager
Scottish Auto Cycle
Union Ltd. is experiencing an exciting period of growth and
are now looking for an ambitious, dynamic individual to take on the
new National Development Manager post. This is a full time
strategic/development role based at the Scottish Auto Cycle Union
Ltd. (SACU) office in Broxburn.
The focus for the next
5 years will be to develop our membership (in particular youth), to
recruit, train and up skill the coach and volunteer workforce whilst
developing a facilities strategy and an overall strategic approach
to the sport in Scotland.
The
Post Holder will be responsible for leading the effective delivery
of the SACU 5 year strategic plan, ensuring the co-ordination of
programmes, personnel and budgets across coaching, club development,
youth, education and training and performance plans.
The
successful person will have experience within a sports environment,
will have a track record of working with volunteers and
professionals, have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, experience of planning and a genuine desire and ambition to
develop the sport of Motor Cycling in Scotland.
Salary
Range - £25,000 - £30,000 p.a. based on experience. The post will be
37.5 hour week.
