Diss Enduro
- the traditional season opener - won by Paul Edmondson. Only 4 Championship riders staying clean on time - Edmondson - Wakely - Sagar and RICHARD HAY - on his super quick 125! Well done.Paul Chatham put in a good start back after injury with 16th Experts -followed by Campbell in 15th in Clubman. Neil turned in a VERY fast test but had to retire.

now up for Greythwaite Enduro. 5 lads from Scotland went down . Finlay
White finished a fantastic 2nd in the over 40 ( run on expert times !!) . Reuben Welch
managed to finish all 3 laps - which was a real challenge on a tough course where ir
rained solid for 24 hours. Dave Donald, Jose Vega-Lozana and yours truely only managed 2,
11/2 and 1 laps. But the course was superb and a great challenge with lots of
hillclimbs on rocks - not a lot of mud ( apart from the one HOLE ! ) Recommended for 2008
- especially if you have never done a tough event.
The event was won by Tom Sagar from Paul Edmondson over a very fast but tricky test and 4 laps of racing.
Thanks to Paul Usher and all at NEEC for a great day out - and all in the scenic Lake District.
